Just for You | Easter Dress Giveaway (Ended)

April 11, 2011

Moms have been commenting and emailing me this week about how much they love that I post mom hairstyles from time to time.  They state that they always spend so much effort focusing on their little girl’s clothes and hairdos that they often forget about themselves!

With Easter soon approaching, and we are all looking for the most absolute darling Easter dresses for our gorgeous daughters… when was the last time you bought a nice dress for yoursef?  If you are like me, it has probably been awhile.

Sooooo, I scrounged my connections to find someone at Shabby Apple, a company of a dress brand that I personally use.  I have owned a few dresses from here, and know well of their quality and propensity for the cute/fashionable.  A photographer friend of mine swears by them, too, and uses their dresses personally and in her studio!

A few weeks ago, I finally got ahold of Candace to see if she would be interested in doing something especially for you moms!  She has agreed to provide the one winner of this giveaway their choice of one (1) dress from among the following gorgeous styles:

Happy Talk Happy Talk Dress

Black Oak Black Oak Dress

Casanova Casanova Dress

Freshwater Pearl Freshwater Pearl Dress

Ingrid Ingrid Dress

San Gabriel San Gabriel Dress

You can read more about the dresses, sizes, and colors by searching the dress name on the Shabby Apple website.  The value of these dresses range anywhere from $80-95, so this is a high value giveaway!

Candace has also graciously provided our viewers a coupon code for 10% off any order from their website, good until May 3, 2011.  All you have to do is enter code adoptado10off when you check out!  (If you order by April 15th, you can also receive free shipping by entering the coupon code ROMEFREESHIP, as listed on Living Modest.)  So, be sure to browse Shabby Apple’s little girl dresses as well!

Entry Qualifications:    Your ability to win your choice of these dresses is entirely up to you!  Complete only one, a few, or all entry options for a total of 5 chances to win!

  9. The waterfall brain is a MUST for all mom’s and dad’s of girls to know. It is such a classically beautiful style. I have 3 girls between the ages of 10 and 15 and it looks terrific on each of them in varrying techniques. This website is one of the most helpful and valuable I have ever used. Love it!

  16. I am sad that I cannot participate in this contest, because I have never in my adult life had a dress I got just for Easter. I don’t have a blog or even a FB account (no time). But I check your blog every single day just the same. Love the hairstyles. {approved by Mindy at Adopt a ‘Do}

  17. Like Shabby Apple? I LOVE Shabby Apple. Thank you so much for introducing me to it!

And yes, I liked Shabby Apple on facebook. :)

  18. I liked Shabby Apple on FB. I love their motto. Beautiful dressing shouldn’t be complicated. A dress doesn’t need tank tops, cardigans, it’s one piece. It makes things simple on Sunday Mornings. Except for the fact that I’m nursing so I need a button up. I love Ingrid and Black Oak!

  19. For some reason, the link you posted did not go to Shabby Apple’s facebook page. I did go to the website’s page and clicked on the little “facebook like link” there though. :-) Thanks for hosting this giveaway!
