Cake kids can make. Easy enough…right? Let’s add a bit of challenge to this and make 4 different cakes with one ‘base’.
My daughters, Makayla and Bridges (GiGi) are taking this challenge and getting us 4 cakes that taste delicious. I know…I got to taste test them! And if you love these you will also love the other kids recipes you can find over on How Does She!
Crust:
- 1 pkg Oreo’s
- 1/4c melted butter
- 2T Sugar
Add an entire pack of Oreo’s into the blender or food processor until they are broken into small pieces. Put Crushed Oreos in a bowl. Add 1/4 cup of melted butter and 2 T of sugar and stir.
Place scoops of cookies onto the bottom of liner and press down to create a cookie bottom crust. Make it about 1/2 inch thick.
Middle of Cake:
- 16oz cream cheese
- 16oz heavy cream
- 1 c sugar
- 1/4 c powdered sugar
Add all the ingredients and mix until it is a creamy fluff of goodness. Put the creamy fluff on top of the cookie bottoms and smooth the top.
Toppings:
- Cherry
- Caramel
- Crushed Oreo’s
- Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups (chopped)
Freeze for a couple hours before serving. Yum. Deliciousness is about to happen! It sure happened at our house!
